Development of Rumah Majapahit is an innovation in tourism development at Trowulan District. Rumah Majapahit is expected to be utilized to support tourism activities in Trowulan District such as homestay or gallery handicraft of citizens. However, after 137 units Rumah Majapahit in Bejijong Village were completed, not a few that buildings changed the function of a coffee shop and grocery store. Therefore, action or strategy of non-conformity control is needed. This research uses descriptive research type with qualitative approach. The data in this research is tajen through interviews, observation, and documentation. The result of this research is a strategy or solution that can be used to control the mismatch of utilization of Rumah Majapahit in Bejijong Village and other village, covering. 1). Periodical guidance to the citizens. 2). Forming of village tourism management agency to realize tourist destinations “Perkampungan Majapahit”. 3). Packaging the tourism potential that has become a tour package to attract tourists visiting. 4). Improve cooperation with tourism service providers. 5). Create and establish long-term tourism development planning “Perkampungan Majapahit”.
