Abstrak

The monograph analyzes modern methods for accelerating transitions, changeovers in the processes of coextrusion, methods for predicting and controlling the quality characteristics of polymer products in the conditions of helm production. The processes of mixing, controlling the temperature of the melt and the performance of the extruder with constant changes in formulations are studied. Methods are proposed for calculating the processes of plastic processing based on representing the movement of the melt in the form of a plug sliding on the surface of the flow channels. The multilayer flow and the method of variable rotation speed of co-extruder screws were studied to accelerate transitions by film color. This monograph is recommended for students, engineers and scientists involved in co-extrusion technology of flexible packaging materials.
