Dwelling time is generally defined as the length of time since the goods unloaded from the vessel until the goods out of the port. Activities of this pilot study is basically still in the early exploration to identify issues related to dwelling time, especially from the aspect of availability of and access to data and methods of computation, including exploring the possibility of continuity of communication and coordination with the source data. The pilot study was conducted in five provinces, namely Sumatera Utara, DKI Jakarta , Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, and Sulawesi Selatan.
