Management of working capital is an important factor to improve the profitability of the company. The more effective management of working capital, the increasing profitability generated by the company. This study aimed to describe the condition of working capital and the effective management of working capital in order to increase the profitability of the company. This type of research is descriptive with case study approach. Location and site data retrieval research by taking secondary data on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Investment Gallery Brawijaya University and www.idx.com. The method used is descriptive method with periodic data from year to year. The results showed the company's profitability ratio analysis last three years has decreased. This demonstrates the company's ability to generate profits with available working capital getting down. Based on the analysis of the management of working capital decreased the cash and inventory turnover. This demonstrates the ability of the company turning cash and inventory ineffective. Accounts receivable turnover fluctuate indicating that the ability of companies turning receivables unstable. Turnover current liabilities also increasingly rising every year which shows that the turnover of current debts faster.
