: Antenatal Care (ANC) is a health service given by health workers for a mother for her pregnancy and executed in accord with standars service prescribed in obstetrics service standards. The lack of utilization of Antenatal Care (ANC) by pregnant woman is associated with many factors. One of them is the economic social factors (education, work and income) of pregnant woman. Aid of the study: is to identify the relationship of economic social factor of pregnant woman with Antenatal Care (ANC) in checking the regularity at Ranotana Weru Public Centre Subdistric Wanea of Manado City. Method: design of this study using analytic survey with cross sectional approach. Using total sampling technique that involved 45 persons. The tools were used in this study are questionnaire sheet and the maternity notes at Maternal and kid's health notes. Result: analysis was using the Chi-Square test with a significance level of 95%(α=0,05) and shows that the ρvalue is 0,000 <α=0,05 for education, the ρvalue is 0,06 >α=0,05 for the work and the ρvalue is 0,003 <α=0,05 for income. Conclusion: there is the relationship of education with Antenatal Care (ANC) in checking the regularity, there is the relationship of income with Antenatal Care (ANC) in checking the regularity and there is no relationship of workers with Antenatal Care (ANC) in checking the regularity at Ranotana Weru Public Health Centre.
