This paper attempts to explain business ethics from Islamic perspective. Ethics is a code or set of principles that distinguish what is right from what is wrong. Ethics is a part of philosophy that discussed rationally and intensively the values, norms, and moralities. The reality of Muslim world which face the economical backward and dependent on developed countries has played an important role in creating collective thought and vision to develop their economic activities based on the Islamic ethical system. This ethics has become an important guideline to whole economic activities in the Muslim world. In doing so, the Islamic business ethics has to become a basis of practical guidance which leads them to religious consciousness in entire of economic activities

Relasi Gender Dalam Institusi Keluarga Dalam Pandangan Teori Sosial Dan Feminis

: This study departs from the author's interest against the reality of gender relations within the family institution is always influenced by local cultural reality in which the family lives. Through various theories concerned with this case, the purpose of this study to understand more about the views of both theories related to gender relations in the family as an institution istitusi smallest of a society. The conclusion of this study, that each theory recognizes that the socio-cultural construction of significant influence over pembagiaan role played by the male (husband) and a woman (wife) in the family institution. That is, the social construction of culture was instrumental in the creation of relations contribute between men and women in the family isntitusi fairly or otherwise occurred inequality.
