This study is aim to understand and explain : Significance of the influence of corporate image variable, consumers image variable, product image variable, price variable on consumer purchase decision all together; Significance of the influence of corporate image variable on consumer purchase decision; Significance of the influence of consumers image variable on consumer purchase decision; Significance of the influence of product image variable on consumer purchase decision; Significance of the influence of price variable on consumer purchase decision. The result of this research are : corporate image, consumers image, product image and price have significant and positive influence all together (simultaneously) on consumer purchase decision; corporate image have significant and positive influence on consumer purchase decision; consumer image have significant and positive influence on consumer purchase decision; product image have significant and positive influence on consumer purchase decision; price have significant and positive influence on consumer purchase decision.

Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus Pada Karyawan PT. Pattindo Malang)

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and discipline on employee performance partially, and to determine the effect of work motivation and discipline on the performance of employees simultaneously. This type of research is explanatory research (explanatory research) with quantitative approach. The sample used by 82 respondents with saturated sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, using the F test and t test. Results of multiple linear regression, showing work motivation significantly affect the performance of employees with t test 5.925> t table 1,990. Variable work discipline shows t value 4.651> t table 1,990 this means a significant influence on employee performance. Results of 50.605 F test > F table 3.112, that there is significant influence between the variables of Work Motivation and Work Discipline simultaneously affect the Employee Performance.

Human resources is one of the main factors that must be considered in an effort to achieve company goals. Employees are human resource owned by the company where every company's activities can be done with employees. One of ways that employees are encouraged to work with a passion so as to achieve optimum performance, companies need to pay attention to work motivation and organizational commitment. The purpose of this research was to determine and explain the work motivation variable, organizational commitment variable, and the employee performance variable on employee of factory compartment II PT. Petrokimia Gresik. The type of research used in this survey research is an explanation (explanatory research). The number of samples in this study were 89 employees. From the result of statistical analytis that there is a significant simultaneous effect of work motivation variable on the employee performance variable, organizational commitment variable on the employee performance variable, also work motivation variable and organizational commitment variable significaly effect on the employee performance variable.
