Abstrak

This study conducted to determine the influence of compensation consisting of financial compensation and non financial to employees of PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya ( persero ) Malang city regional office. This research aims to show the significance of compensation to employee performance. In analyzing the data used descriptive analysis that contains the distribution of items of each variables, then linear regression analysis and testing the hypothesis (t test and f test ) . The result of testing with linear regression double simultaneous shows that financial compensation variable and non financial compensation for employee performance shown by the value of determination. This determination value shows that simultaneous variable compensation finansia and financial compensation used in the regression equation is contributing to employee performance that 70,5 % while the rest of 29.5 % influenced by other variables, that is related with skill of the employees. Based on the results of this study has concluded that compensation that is a partial and simultaneously with the financial compensation that dominated because t count of financial compensation 6,315 while t count non financial compensation amounting to 4,903 .
