Financial statement describes the financial condition and the outcome of a company and both play important role in the assessment of company financial performance. Company financial performance is a factor which influences the increase or decrease of stock price in the capital market. A company's financial performance measure is in the format of financial ratios. Indeed, financial ratios are the investors' base to determine the decision of investment. The objective of research is to analyze the influence of leverage and profitability on company value. Result of research indicates that variables DER, EPS, ROE and DR are simultaneously and significantly influencing the stock price. Result of research also shows that partially, variables ROE, DER, and DR do not have significant effect on stock price, while variable EPS has significant effect on stock price. Based on standardized coefficients beta of SPSS calculation, it is concluded that variable EPS has the most dominant effect on stock price of food and beverages companies in period 2009-2012 because standardized coefficients beta of variable EPS is the highest.
