Abstract

This study aimed to clarify The Influence of The Reformation of Hajj Service Management Organization on The Satisfaction of Hajj pilgrims Study at the Religion Ministry Office of Malang City. The method used in this research is explanatory research methode, using a questionnaire as a data collection that is distributed directly to 30 respondents from religion ministry. Data analysis for this study by using single linier regression analysis aided SPSS Software Version 16.0. the result of single linier regression analysis show that The Reformation of Hajj Service Management Organization has a significant influence simultaneously and partially on satisfaction of hajj Pilgrims.
