This study aims to analyze and describe Employee Reward variables, Employee Punishment variables, and the employee performance variable, This study uses explanatory research with quantitative approach because the background by the original purpose of the study is to explain the influence of the variables to be studied and then test the hypotheses that have been formulated previously. The research variables are Employees of Reward (X1), Employee of Punishment (X2) as a variable that affects and employee of performance (Y) as a variable that is affected. Data collection methods used were spread questionnaires and notes documents. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis were processed using the computer program SPSS 17.0 for Windows. The results obtained from this study is Employee Reward variables (X1), Employee Punishment variables (X2) have jointly influence on employee performance variable (Y).
