Students assume that math is a very difficult lesson and they become uncomfortable with mathematics learning. The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of Team Accelerated Instruction toward students learning outcomes grade V of Elementary School 13 Delta Pawan. The form of this research was a quasy experimental design with nonequivalent control group design. The Sample is 20 students each class for experiment (VA) and control (VB) class. The average learning outcomes of students in experiment class is 79,7, while the average learning outcomes of students in control class is 68. The results of hypothesis by using t-test (separated variants) obtained t = 2.6845 for df = 38 and α = 5% is obtained t_tabel at 1.6866 which means t_test > t_tabel (2.6845 > 1.6866), then Ha accepted. So, it can be concluded that there are influence of the use of Team Accelerated Instruction toward students learning outcomes.
