This research aims to describe the using of real media in increasing student learning outcome in Mathematics learning to student class V Elementary School 02 Sanggau. The method used is descriptive method, research forms are the class action research and the nature of collaborative research, research subject is a class V Elementary School teacher as a researcher and 24 students class V Elementary school. Means of collecting data are observation sheet and learning outcome test. This research has 2 cycles, and the result is the ability of teacher in arranging lesson plan, cycle 1 with an average of 3,26, cycle II increased with an average of 3,53. The ability of teacher in learning cycle 1 is 3,37 and cycle II increased 3,70. Based on the ability of teacher in arranging lesson plan and implementing learning obtained student learning outcome for cycle 1 with an average of 62,50, with an average of 89,16 for cycle II. It is showing an increased by 26,66.
