Currently the sexual abuse of children is a crime that sufficient attention amongthe public. Many events occur in adolescents deviant act big cities in Indonesia,but the same thing has occurred in the district towns is the case in the city ofPontianak. Deviant acts performed even teenagers have headed the criminalacts began troubling the people and of course very disturbing public order andsafety in the city of Pontianak. But in reality, the victim role in immoral crimes.Based on the data in Pontianak District Attorney from 2013-August 2015increased wanton criminal act that occurred in the community of Pontianak,according to data compiled information that was obtained in 2013 who becamevictims of 6-12 years of age numbered one case, age 13-17 year 10 cases laterin 2014 which became a victim age 13-17 increased to as many as 14 caseslater than January 2015- August 2015 who are victims aged 13-17 years asmany as 15 cases.The formulation of the problem in this research is the role of the child How tobecome victims of crimes sacrilegious in Pontianak? What is the background of3children as victims played a role in the occurrence of immoral crime in NewYork City? and How immoral crime prevention efforts do with the role of the Sonto become victims of immoral?The method used in the preparation of this paper is a method penekatanjuridical sociological or "socio-legal research" that is the approach that sees thelaw as a social phenomenon, which can not be separated in the interaction offactors of non Laws.The result showed that the role of the child so that the victims of the criminalacts of sacrilegious in Pontianak among victims who provoke or tease someonefor wrongdoers and victims of neglect that predispose a person to commit acrime, in which the background because of low education and further economicenvironmental factors also plays a role.
