The WUBI Program is an Annual Program implemented by Bank Indonesia in an effort to provide support in the form of funds, training to marketing that is used to develop and improve business quality for small and medium entrepreneurs who pass the selection in the WUBI program. In the process of implementing the WUBI program, Bank Indonesia conducted a very strict selection of various stages of selection that must be passed by participants, in the selection process that was carried out still using the conventional system so that there were many problems, one of which was the problem of the scoring process or the criteria that were required for the implementation of the WUBI program. this WUBI program in the end takes a long time and is not effective and efficient so it is necessary to have a method used in the WUBI selection process. This research is a development of research that has been carried out in 2018 by adding criteria and comparisons of two methods. The results of the comparison of the 2 research methods based on the accuracy of the two calculations found the same results, namely between the AHP and SAW methods the highest value was obtained by Irsyad Nurdin, the entrepreneur of TARA Bags. The difference lies in the calculation process where in the calculation process the author's conclusion is more accurate the AHP method The AHP method takes into account the consistency of the criteria before calculating the accumulation of selection
