Long-term computer use can be risk of astenopia. World Health Organitation (WHO) recorded that astenopia case in the world on average of 75% per year. The office workers who the users of computer technology is part of the highest risk category of astenopia, some studies indicate that 35-48% of office workers suffer astenopia. Some researchers indicate that astenopia symptoms appear in 75-90% of computer users beside the effects of stress according to the data of the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH). This study aims to determine the factors associated with the case of eye fatigue of employee computer users PT Telkomsel Grapari Kendari through analytic methods of observation with cross sectional study. The samples of this study are 33 respondent of employees in Kendari Telkomsel Grapari. The results show that there is no association between age with symptoms of eye fatigue (ρValue value = 0.464> α), there is a correlation with the duration of exposure to eye fatigue (ρValue value = 0.000 <α), there is a relationship between the level of radiation of computer and eye fatigue (value ρValue = 0.03 <α), there is no relation between distance of monitor and eye fatigue (ρValue value = 0.346> α). Anti-radiation technology is required to anticipate telecommunications worker health problems, especially computer users.

Performance of the company is a major criterion in the assessment of business organizations in achieving the desired results in a gradual period of time.In a corporate environment has implemented supply chain management, collaboration between internal resources with external resourceshave led to the exchange of information flow, goods or services and the flow of money that everything requires an integrated transaction management.This paper focuses on the strategic role of information technology both the application and use of information systems to support the activities of the supply chain management companyin order to improve the performance of the company. Some of the issues discussed in this paper is the importance of information technology in delivering benefits to the company,approach in the application, and development in the future. By applying information technology, the results of the description in this paper can provide a significant contribution to the company applying the supply chain-managementthe performance of companies in general, because the transaction management is an effective tool in providing corporate profits become a major part of the application of information technology.

This study emphasizes the motivational approach to demonstrate the effects of communication within the organization affects the work of empowerment without considering the presence of the delegation of authority. This approach was chosen for this study to test the effect of empowerment at the individual level that have the same rights in the work, so it is assumed that the same level of delegation of power to each individual. The success of an organization is influenced by the performance (job performance) of employees. Sampling techniques and for the determination of the sample conducted stratified random sampling. This study uses data analysis SEM. Results The use of models in this study hypothesis I in this study was the effect of the indirect impact on the performance of lecturers with job satisfaction mediated. Hypothesis II has no direct influence on the performance of lecturers Competence with mediated by job satisfaction variables. Hypothesis III, Self-Determination effect on job satisfaction. Hypothesis IV is Self Efficacy effect on job satisfaction. Hypothesis V proved no influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction. Hypothesis VI proved that the Empowerment does not affect the performance. Hypothesis VII Self Efficacy proven that affect the performance. Hypothesis VIII, it affects the performance of organizational culture. Hypothesis IX proved that job satisfaction affects the performance. Hypothesis X turns Job Satisfaction Empowerment can not mediate the effect on performance.
