Seasonality has made certain impact on tourism business activities ,and is the topic that is puzzling scientists and entrepreneurs in this field. This article is based on the influence of seasonality in tourism to research on the status of the factors affecting the business activities at Le Belhamy tourist resort & spa in the province of Quang Nam - Da Nang. Based on comprehensive research methodology, statistical data and the research papers on the same topics, the authors find solutions appropriate to specific characteristics and the situation of resort le Belhamy.
