Pengetahuan Dan Sikap Masyarakat Tentang Upaya Pencegahan Tuberkulosis

Penyakit tuberkulosis paru adalah penyakit menular kronis yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium tuberculosis. World Health Organization (WHO) menyatakan bahwa 1/3 penduduk dunia telah terinfeksi kuman tuberkulosis. Pada tahun 2012 kasus penderita tuberkulosis baru di Kalimantan Selatan dilaporkan 96 per 100.000penduduk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap dengan upaya pencegahan penyakit tuberkulosis di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bawahan Selan tahun 2015. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 24.410 orang, teknikpengambilan sampel menggunakan metode cluster random sampling, kemudian jumlah sampel ditentukan menggunakan rumus slovin dan didapat sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji chi square menunjukkan ada hubungan antara pengetahuan (p=0,000) dan sikap (p=0,000), dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap dengan upaya pencegahan tuberkulosis.

Analisis Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Debit Sungai Mamasa

The research was conducted in the watershed area of Mamasa. Data was taken for 11 months starting from December 2006 to October 2007.The research aimed to identify the influencing factors of the river discharge which were decreasing from time to time. Data was collected through the application of direct field observation and literature study. Data on precipitation were gained from 4 stations. The stations were located in Sumarorong, Mamasa, Minake, and Pana. Data regarding the river discharge were taken from the office of The Water Source Management in south Sulawesi Province. Meanwhile, data of land cover were gained from GIS mapping taken in 1999 and 2003 as well as from Spot 4 in 2007. Data were analyzed by regression linear model to identify the effect of independent variable to dependent variable.The results of the research show that the changes in river discharge fluctuation were influenced by precipitation and land cover factor. The dominant factor that influenced river discharge fluctuation were conifers and wide leaf type of vegetations. Sequence is mining forms that show how the pit will be mined from the first stage to the final stages of mine design (pit limit). The purpose of this study is to design sequences mining to monthly production target at Bara 14 Seam C. Plan production targets at this location is 40,000 tons of coal per month and a maximum stripping ratio is 15:1. Analysis data and research design sequence using software Minescape 4.118. The coal reserves which designed based on pit limit is 162,370 tons and 2,425,450 bcm of overburden material. The first sequence has an area of 4.97 ha mine openings with the amount of 40,000 tons of coal and overburden 599,990 bcm. Stripping ratio in this sequence is 15:1. The second sequence has a wide opening 8.44 ha mines the number of 40,000 tons of coal and overburden 599,900 bcm. Stripping ratio in this sequence is 15:1. The third sequence has an area of 11.67 ha mine openings with the amount of 40,000 tons of coal and overburden 599,520 bcm. Stripping ratio in this sequence is 15:1. The fourth sequence has extensive mine openings 11.67 ha with the amount of 40,000 tons of coal and overburden 599,330 bcm. Stripping ratio in this sequence is 15:1. The fifth sequence has extensive mine openings 11.67 ha with the amount of 2,370 tons of coal and overburden 26,710 bcm. Stripping ratio in this sequence is 11:1.
