Pengaruh Promosi Penjualan dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Krema Koffie

The purpose of this research is how the influence of sales promotion and quality of service to purchase decisions in Krema Koffie.The type of this research is quantitative explanative, with a sample of 96 respondents. The samples of this research using accidental sampling method. This research was conducted by using multiple linear regression test, Hypothesis Testing, Determination Test, Validity, Reliability and Classic Assumption Test. The results showed that sales promotion partially has a value of sales promotion significance of 0,000 <0.05 (significant level of significance), and t arithmetic of 3.365. The quality of service partially has a significant value of 0.000 with t arithmeti 7.075. Simultaneously the significance value of the regression model is 0,000 with the value of f arithmetic of 52,699.The results showed that sales promotion and service quality have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions at Krema Koffie, even partially or simultaneously.

Representasi Pesan Moral dalam Film Rudy Habibie Karya Hanung Bramantyo (Analisis Semiotika Roland Barthes)

The research entitled moral representation in the movie hanung bramantyo habibie rudy the works (analysis of semiotic roland barthes). The story of the film in the true story of young man named baharudin jusuf habibie who tried to create an aircraft as well as build the aerospace industry Indonesia. Inu research aims to find out how the moral messages in the film rudy habibie presented which then generate moral as human relationships with humans, the relationship of man with god, as well as human relationships the social environment.This study uses qualitative methods, with Roland Barthes semiotics analysis approach, taking a subject that is focused upon the character rudy. With views through faceted Denoted (signifier) describes the relationship of signifier and signified on reality, meaning explicit. Connotation (signified) describes the relationship of signifier and signified to non-reality, generate an implicit meaning and myth (the myth) explained the habits and beliefs prevailing in the society. In this study the scene is divided into 3 parts namely the relationship of man with man, the human relationship with the social environment with 11 scene data analysis unit. Data collection with the corpus contained in the film in accordance with the categorization of the already determined.The results of this research show that the representation of the moral messages in the film rudy this is habibie. First, look at human relationships with humans. Second, look at the relationship of man with god. Third, look at human relationships with the people in the social environment.

Pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Produk Donat Madu (Studi pada Konsumen CV. Donat Madu Cihanjuang–pekanbaru)

This study aims to determine how much influence product quality and service quality to consumer satisfaction. Samples in this study were taken as many as 99 respondents and techniques used Non-probability sampling with Accidental Sampling approach. Data in this study using survey method through questionnaires filled by consumers. Data were obtained by using multiple regression analysis. This analysis includes Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing through t Test and F Test, and Coefficient Determination analysis (R2). Variable product quality has a greater influence on consumer buying interest that is equal to 0.234 and service quality variable has an effect of 0.143. Hypothesis testing using t test showed that the independent variables studied were product quality and service quality proved to have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable of consumer satisfaction. Then the results of analysis using the F test can be seen that product quality and service quality together significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R2) indicates that contribution of product quality and service quality influence to consumer satisfaction 56.1%. While remaining 43.1% influenced by other variables that are not included in this regression model.
