This study is aim to understand and explain : Significance of the influence of corporate image variable, consumers image variable, product image variable, price variable on consumer purchase decision all together; Significance of the influence of corporate image variable on consumer purchase decision; Significance of the influence of consumers image variable on consumer purchase decision; Significance of the influence of product image variable on consumer purchase decision; Significance of the influence of price variable on consumer purchase decision. The result of this research are : corporate image, consumers image, product image and price have significant and positive influence all together (simultaneously) on consumer purchase decision; corporate image have significant and positive influence on consumer purchase decision; consumer image have significant and positive influence on consumer purchase decision; product image have significant and positive influence on consumer purchase decision; price have significant and positive influence on consumer purchase decision.

Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus Pada Karyawan PT. Pattindo Malang)

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and discipline on employee performance partially, and to determine the effect of work motivation and discipline on the performance of employees simultaneously. This type of research is explanatory research (explanatory research) with quantitative approach. The sample used by 82 respondents with saturated sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, using the F test and t test. Results of multiple linear regression, showing work motivation significantly affect the performance of employees with t test 5.925> t table 1,990. Variable work discipline shows t value 4.651> t table 1,990 this means a significant influence on employee performance. Results of 50.605 F test > F table 3.112, that there is significant influence between the variables of Work Motivation and Work Discipline simultaneously affect the Employee Performance.

Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Motivasi Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Pada Karyawan Bank Jatim Cabang Malang)

Style, work motivation and employee performance; (2) to acknowledge and to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style on work motivation of employees (3) to figure out and to analyze the influence of work motivation on employee performance; and (4) to examine and to analyze the indirect influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance through work motivation. The population of research is all employees of Bank Jatim of Malang Branch totaled to 74 persons. Sampling technique is saturated sampling or census, which means that all samples are taken from all employees, precisely totaled to 74 persons. Analysis method is path analysis. Result of inferential analysis indicates that: (1) Hypothesis is accepted. Path coefficient (bY1.X1) between transformational leadership style (X1) and work motivation (Y1) is 0.587; (2) Hypothesis 2 is accepted. Path coefficient (bY2.X1) between transformational leadership style (X1) and employee performance (Y2) is 0.597; (3) Hypothesis 3 is accepted. Path coefficient (bY2.Y1) between work motivation (Y1) and employee performance (Y2) is 0.357; (4) Transformational leadership style has indirect influence on employee performance through work motivation with the influence rate of 0.201. It may be suggested that the leaders of the Bank shall apply transformational leadership style by giving good model of loyalty to the bank and encouraging the employees for better work.
